What’s So Bad About Gluten, Dairy and MSG, Anyway?


As I wrote the title to this post, I realized it may be misleading. Let me be clear: my heart is pro-baguette, but my body is most definitely not. I’ll tell you why in case something resonates so that you, too, can get instant relief — by putting down that croissant with cream in your coffee!

Instead of going on and on about being in tune with one’s body, I’m just going to show you with the list of symptoms I’ve experienced. Perhaps my list can or will help you pinpoint what’s causing your health imbalance. [Insert GROSS-OUT ALERT here. Don’t say you weren’t warned.]

  • Severe Dandruff, the size of quarters
  • Unbelievably itchy scalp
  • Dull hair that doesn’t go away with shampooing
  • Itchy, blurry eyes
  • Excessive earwax
  • Facial puffiness
  • Weird, funky nightmares
  • Major morning booger expelling sessions
  • Throaty congestion
  • Excessive clearing of the throat
  • Severe morning breath
  • Arduous breathing
  • Severe lethargy

  • Excessive discharge
  • Weirdly sticky-like sweaty palms

Um, I really just wanted to share these symptoms with you. There is plenty of information out there regarding sensitivities to these foods and additives, so I won’t bore you with it. However, if you’ve experienced these things, then it’s most likely what you’re putting into your mouth. So, stop for a while and see if anything changes for you.
